TERMS OF SERVICE — BRAND CLARITY INTENSIVE

By purchasing and booking a Brand Clarity Intensive session with BrandWise Marketing Co., LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Service

The Brand Clarity Intensive is a professional consulting and strategy session intended to provide guidance, strategic direction, messaging insight, and business clarity.

Results are dependent upon implementation, business readiness, and client participation.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before scheduling your session.

No session time will be reserved without completed payment.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and strategic services:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds will be issued once the session has taken place.

If a client fails to attend the scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, strategies, language, recommendations, and processes shared during the session remain the intellectual property of BrandWise Marketing Co., LLC.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, taught, resold, or repurposed without written permission.

6. No Guarantees

BrandWise Marketing Co., LLC does not guarantee specific business, marketing, or financial outcomes.
